Bridge City has some exciting movements set for this year. Here are a few updates on the precincts various developments.
The Bridge – is on track to finish the third and final phase of construction in the 1st quarter of 2023. Sales on the 1st and 2nd phases have been progressing well.
Bridge City Towers – the foundation phase of the four buildings is almost complete with teams looking to start construction on the first out of the four buildings potentially in the second quarter of 2023.
Bridge City Mall – more shop fronts are going up and glass is being installed, with more shops set to open up in the Bridge City Mall very soon!
There are more exciting developments set to be announced in the coming months of 2023 that are still in the final planning stages, we will share more info as it is approved.
